Acupuncture
esthetic
Cosmetic acupuncture is a gentle, natural, and non-invasive approach that works deep down to revitalize the skin. By stimulating specific points on the face and body with fine needles, it induces controlled microtraumas that promote the production of collagen and elastin, improve microcirculation, and tone facial muscles. By relaxing tense muscles—often responsible for expression lines—facial acupuncture also allows for better tissue oxygenation, thus supporting cell regeneration. This method is an effective alternative to more invasive treatments, helping to smooth fine lines and wrinkles, firm tissues, reduce dark circles and puffiness, while improving the skin's radiance, texture, and elasticity.

Celluma
To maximize the benefits of each session, I also incorporate the use of Celluma, a medical-grade LED light. This supports cell regeneration, increases ATP production (cell energy), naturally boosts collagen and elastin synthesis, while soothing inflammation and accelerating healing. While the needles stimulate internal mechanisms, the LED light enhances their effects, allowing for faster visible results.
For lasting results, a series of 8 to 10 sessions is recommended, 1 to 2 times per week, depending on your goals (anti-aging, acne, revitalization, etc.).
Rosacea
Rosacea is an inflammatory skin condition that often manifests as persistent redness, small visible vessels, a feeling of warmth, or breakouts. Acupuncture helps reduce redness and warmth, improve facial microcirculation, calm hyperreactive skin, and promote a more even and soothed complexion.
The Celluma LED light complements the action of the needles by soothing the tissues and promoting cell regeneration.
Acne
Acupuncture offers a comprehensive and natural approach to treating juvenile and adult acne, addressing both internal causes and cutaneous manifestations. It helps regulate hormonal imbalances, reduce inflammation and redness, promote the elimination of toxins, soothe the nervous system, reduce marks, and improve skin texture.
The Celluma's blue LED light acts on acne-causing bacteria while stimulating skin repair.

Treatment recommendations
Treatments are tailored to your goals, your age, and the vitality of your skin. The effects are cumulative. A healthy lifestyle, restful sleep, and stress management prolong the benefits of treatment.
Initial phase (background treatment)
1 to 2 sessions per week for approximately 10 weeks.
Goal: Stimulate cell regeneration and boost circulation for lasting results.
Maintenance phase
1 session every 6 to 8 weeks.
Goal: Maintain radiance, prevent sagging, and support facial balance.
